I have been working on this trick with him off and on for a month at least, and I finally found the right way to get him to go for it. My puppy is a genius! As am I!

My dog has never been much of an alarm barker--no barking at the mailman or anything like that. I guess he has sensed my hostility towards the deck workmen, though, and has thus been barking and growling at them through the door all day. I am so proud! Go, puppy, go!
